We take the time to understand your business individually — mapping your governance, systems, tools, structures and processes. We survey and interview your key team members to ensure we know what they want.
The key deliverable from this stage is a report with targeted recommendations on exactly where and how AI should be applied (or disapplied) to create value. If no changes are needed, we'll tell you that too.

We build it, inside your own stack.
If AI is needed, we build it for you — typically hands-on, inside your own tech stack. This means you own it, rather than leaving you stuck licensing third-party software indefinitely.
